I am a Real Estate Agent with Charles Rutenberg Realty and I work with both Sellers and Buyers.  I am committed to providing all of my customers with outstanding professional services based on my experience, knowledge and skills.  Furthermore, my strong attention to detail and timeline focus are differentiating factors which enable me to smoothly manage my customers’ real estate transaction(s).  Moreover, I have strong communication skills which both enhance my ability to negotiate in my customers’ behalf and clearly explain important aspects of any transaction.  My customers are my priority!  

In addition to the direct impact that I (through my real estate business) have on my customers, I am also proud of the impact I have on the broader economy as a provider of work for employees and employers in other fields such as home inspection, mortgage, cleaning services, contractors, title, attorneys, movers and much more!  

I have an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business (Rollins College) in Winter Park, FL and a Business Administration undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.  

Although I grew up in Orlando, I have lived in the Tampa area for 12 years.  I am married to a wonderful husband who is incredibly supportive, resourceful and lots of fun!  The people who best know me, would describe me as honest, strong, intelligent, hardworking and overachiever.
